UNITED WOMEN's successful event "Success and Development of Women's Unity" was held in Switzerland.

Ukrainian women leaders from all over Switzerland gathered in Bern to discuss important aspects of peace, security, gender equality and social justice at the conference "Success and Development of Women's Unity. This event organized as part of the international initiative UNITED WOMEN, took place on April 21, 2024 and was an unforgettable experience for all participants.

The conference goal was to unite Ukrainian women in Switzerland for development and active participation in public and social processes. The participants had the opportunity to discuss the most important issues and look for ways to achieve success together.

There were three panels on different aspects of women's leadership and development:

1. "Get out of the pause - life goes on!" - talked about obstacles to success and methods of overcoming them.
2. "Together we are strong!" - discussed the importance of cooperation and unification of Ukrainian women in Switzerland.
3. "Women's voice in opposition to war" - drew attention to the role of women in peacekeeping processes and conflict resolution.

In addition to the panels, participants had the opportunity to take part in interesting workshops and events that helped to expand their knowledge and skills.

UNITED WOMEN's Women's Unity Success and Development event has become an important platform for Ukrainian women in Switzerland to network, learn and share experiences. This event not only inspired the participants to new achievements, but also emphasized the importance of Women leadership in the modern world.
