Our co-founder Anastasia Petrenko represented United Women at the Second World Summit on Social Development in Doha.

This is an international platform where leaders of countries, organizations, businesses, and public initiatives discussed the future—how to make development sustainable, technology humane, and society more responsible and fair.

The UN-sponsored summit was an important step towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030 and continued the ideas of the Copenhagen Declaration on Social Development.

Over these days, we made over 150 new acquaintances and potential collaborations with representatives of business, education, and social initiatives. Participation in a round table dedicated to supporting children with special needs was particularly important — a topic that requires attention, empathy, and joint action.

We are proud that the voice of Ukrainian women has been heard on a global level — among the leaders who are shaping the agenda for the future 💙
