Denmark. m. Vaille, October 5 - The first meeting of Ukrainian women leaders in the Kingdom of Denmark took place within the framework of the international initiative UNITED WOMEN.

The purpose of the meeting is to unite Ukrainian women in Denmark who are actively involved in public activities and promote the ideas of peace, security and social justice. More than 50 Ukrainian women, representatives of business, volunteer organizations, teachers, lawyers, and creative youth gathered to express their desire to work together, support each other, jointly implement projects and initiatives, promote Ukrainian identity, introduce the European community to Ukrainian culture and traditions, and help them integrate and adapt to new realities.

The meeting supported and signed the United Women Declaration and a Memorandum of Cooperation with Stayindenmark, headed by Nazira Orinbayeva.

The Danish women's community joins the United Women International Initiative and plans to hold a large forum of Ukrainian women in the capital of the Kingdom, Copenhagen!
